Evipo061 Bernadine Clematis is a hardy climbing vine, the queen of climbers, threading large flowers through supports. Evipo061 Bernadine Clematis flowers in summer in shades of purple, and performs best in full sun to part shade with moderate watering once established. This vine matures to roughly 6-12 feet tall and 2-4 feet wide. It is ideal for trellises and arbours, turning bare vertical space into a feature, offering vertical interest and fast seasonal cover. Well suited to the Canadian climate in zones 4-9, it establishes readily and improves with age. A layer of mulch helps hold moisture and keeps roots cool in summer.
