Peppermint is an aromatic culinary herb known for its vigorous aromatic foliage — best contained in a pot. Peppermint flowers in summer in shades of lilac, and performs best in full sun to part shade with high watering once established. This herb matures to roughly 1-2 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide.
